  • Most of your pendants come with an 18 inch chain, can I change the length of the chain?"
    Yes, I can replace the 18 inch chain with a length chain of your choice, there will be a processing delay to the order as the chain is made to your personal specifications. Just get in touch with and we will work this out with you.
  • Do you ship your items world wide?
    Yes! I ship all my Jewellery all over the world. Buyers must be aware that they are responsible for their customs fees.
  • Do you do commisions and bespoke jewellery with sea glass I have collected?
    Yes! I love making custom orders, please get in touch and we will work through your requirements. An intial, non refundable, design fee of 20% is taken as a deposit and deducted from the finished item cost.
  • Are your items hallmarked?
    Yes. All my Silver products and Gold products are all hallmarked for your piece of mind and authenticity. My Hallmark is the double SS (for SeaStone) and from the Sheffield Assay Office.
  • How is my order sent?
    All UK shipping is done through Royal Mail Special Delivery and is a tracked and signed for service so you can monitor the delivery progress right up to the point that it arrives at your door. International orders are also sent Via a tracked and signed for service.
  • I haven’t received an order confirmation email, should I have?"
    Most certainly, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you provide. It is sent from email address is Seastonejewelleryuk@gmail.com Sometimes these emails can end up in your junk/spam folder, so please check in there.
  • I have received an email saying my order is on its way, what does this mean?"
    It means your order is completed, packed and in the post on its way to you, the email will include a tracking reference too so that you can see where it is right up to the time it reaches your door. It’s exciting, your order will soon be with you!
  • Can you gift wrap my order?
    A great deal of thought, love and effort goes into my products and this applies to the packaging too. You don’t need to spend extra money on gift boxes, each item is carefully packed in a bespoke eco-friendly presentation box, ribbon and gift bag.
